Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
There’s nothing more perfect than having a warm pumpkin chocolate chip cookie and a cup during a Autumn morning.
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 3 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/3 teaspoon clove
- 2 cups of milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Beat both sugars and butter in a stand mixer.
- Add eggs, vanilla and pumpkin and beat until combined.
- Add flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove and mix just until combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Spoon onto a greased cookie sheet at bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until the tops of the cookies are set.
Notes
- If you like moist cookies, store these cookies while they are still warm.
- If you like extra sweet cookies, you can drizzle them with cream cheese frosting.
