Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

There’s nothing more perfect than having a warm pumpkin chocolate chip cookie and a cup during a Autumn morning.

Ingredients

  •  1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/3 teaspoon clove
  • 2 cups of milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Beat both sugars and butter in a stand mixer.
  2. Add eggs, vanilla and pumpkin and beat until combined.
  3. Add flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove and mix just until combined.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Spoon onto a greased cookie sheet at bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until the tops of the cookies are set.

Notes

  • If you like moist cookies, store these cookies while they are still warm.
  • If you like extra sweet cookies, you can drizzle them with cream cheese frosting.
