Curried Pork Chops

  • 2 single rib pork chops
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

In a large ziplock bag add the pork chops, olive oil, garlic, chili flakes and fennel seeds and let marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes. Combine the curry powder, salt, cayenne pepper and black pepper in a small bowl. Rub the pork chops with the seasoning mixture and sauté to your preferred doneness. We recommend turning on your oven fan and opening the windows as the curry powder creates a strong smell when you saute it. 🙂
