Baked Spiced Chickpeas

These chickpeas are super easy to make and good for you. Chickpeas are naturally high in fiber and protein and contain several essential vitamins and minerals.
Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can of chickpeas
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspooon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Rinse and pat dry the chickpeas.
- Toss with all of the other ingredients.
- Bake for 30 minutes in a 400 degrees F oven.
- Stir at 15 minutes and finish cooking until the chickpeas are slightly browned and crispy.
Notes
- Don’t be afraid to play around with different spice mixtures. You can use any combination of spices for a delicious, healthy snack.
