My Favorite Snack – Baked Spiced Chickpeas

These chickpeas are super easy to make and good for you. Chickpeas are naturally high in fiber and protein.

Baked Spiced Chickpeas

Rinse and pat dry one can of chickpeas or garbanzo beans. Toss with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoons of smoked paprika, salt, garlic powder, and 1/4 teaspoons of cayenne pepper and cumin. Bake for 35 minutes in a 400 degrees oven or until they are slightly crispy.
