These chickpeas are super easy to make and good for you. Chickpeas are naturally high in fiber and protein and contain several essential vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients
Scale
1 (15 oz) can of chickpeas
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspooon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
Rinse and pat dry the chickpeas.
Toss with all of the other ingredients.
Bake for 30 minutes in a 400 degrees F oven.
Stir at 15 minutes and finish cooking until the chickpeas are slightly browned and crispy.
Notes
Don’t be afraid to play around with different spice mixtures. You can use any combination of spices for a delicious, healthy snack.
